Local owners Chad and Rhone McCall had previously worked together in the healthcare industry, and they were inspired by the chance to provide a much-needed service and to give back to the Austin community. Rhone and Chad knew they could blend their skill sets to offer quality care to families and facilities in the Austin area.
It can be incredibly difficult when you live far away from your loved ones and family. Chad has two grandmothers in their 80s who live on their own, so the McCall's are personally in tune with the needs of seniors today — especially those who do not have family nearby.
Rhone and Chad are dedicated to helping families find peace of mind when they are in challenging situations and need dependable, quality care for their loved ones. Our staff is committed to helping you any time, any place.
The Austin BrightStar team is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Nurse Manager will ensure that each client and family receives the highest level of care and service.

Biography
After living out of the state for 10 years, Rhone McCall, a native Texan, knew it was time to "come back home." Rhone and her husband Chad relocated their family from North Carolina to Austin after Chad completed his Master of Divinity degree at Duke University.
Rhone's background includes software sales and marketing for a long-term care pharmacy/durable medical equipment business in Florida. Her primary pharmacy/DME clients were assisted-living facilities, rehab clinics and skilled nursing homes. Rhone holds a BFA in broadcast journalism and Spanish literature from Southern Methodist University, and an MSM/MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She also has received her designation as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). Rhone is a native of Dallas, Texas.
In addition to his MDiv, Chad McCall holds a BFA in economics from Davidson College and an MSM/MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology. After receiving his MBA, Chad worked in healthcare consulting and software information system sales to hospitals. He then worked for several years in venture capital and private-equity investing focused primarily in the healthcare sector. He also ran a long-term care pharmacy/DME business. Chad is a native of Columbus, Ohio.
