Renee Cunningham's Story
I understand how difficult it can be to deal with a loved one's declining health. When my grandmother became infirm, my mother and aunt became her caregivers. Even for the closest family members, it's pretty dramatic to be thrust into that role. It's a heavy burden that can be life altering.
You can trust that I have the knowledge to assist you in dealing with your specific needs and circumstances. I am a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), which emphasizes my commitment to understanding the key health, social and financial factors that are important to our seniors and our community.
In addition to my commitment to operate the finest home healthcare agency in the entire Colorado Springs area, I have a commitment to our state and our nation.
I am an 18-year veteran of the armed forces, currently serving in the Colorado Air National Guard as the Chief Public Affairs Officer for the Joint Staff. I provide public affairs advice, counsel, and support to the headquarters senior staff for the wonderful state of Colorado.
Additionally, I have served as Senior Financial Analyst and Contract Administrator for several non-profit and for-profit organizations. My volunteer service includes working with Girl Scouts of America, Children's and Leadership Development ministries in my local church, participating in the No Child Left Behind Program at my neighborhood school, and currently serving on subcommittees on the Senior Resource Council (SRC), which provides services and support for our senior community.
